Linda L. Rote, 84, of Conestoga, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Rote, who passed away on October 12, 2014. Linda was born in Lancaster County, daughter of the late Robert and Laura Allen Stroud. She was a school bus driver for Shultz Transportation for 35 years before her retirement in 1997.

She is survived by two daughters: Deborah L. (James) Colgrove, Conestoga and Donna L. Rote, Fort Payne, AL. Two sons: Robert M. (Leslie) Rote, Mocksville, NC and William S. (Sharon) Rote, Willow Street. One granddaughter: Nicole.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 P.M.
