Steven C. Gerber, Sr.

Steven C. Gerber, Sr., 59, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at home. Born in Lancaster, Steven was the youngest son of the late Kenneth E. and Betty J. Bare Gerber.

Steven attended St. Anne's Catholic School and Lancaster Catholic High School. He loved his children, grandchildren and siblings more than anything, as well as his Raiders. He enjoyed music, football and good laughs.

Steven is survived by two children: Amanda R. Gerber and Michael K. Gerber. Eight grandchildren: Annabella, Brandon (Sammie), Dakota, Steven, Kevin, Savannah, Michael and Meadow. Six siblings: Ronnie, Ken, Doug, Mike, Jackie and Debbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, to whom he was a loving uncle. Steven was preceded in death by one son: Steven C. Gerber, II; one sister: Patty; two brothers: Jimmy and David ("Peanut"), as well as his best friend, Dana Roseman.
