Theodore (Ted) Heaps, 52, of Lebanon, PA formerly of Manheim, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017. He is survived by his wife Lisa (Price) Heaps, son Alex Heaps, at home and daughter Alexis Mitchell, wife of Anthony Mitchell; brother Tyrone Heaps, husband of Jennifer Heaps, sister Tina Gallo, wife of Ken Gallo, and sister, Tanya Heaps.
