Thomas W. Mann, 52, of Downingtown passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. He was the loving and devoted husband of Christa J. Bruehl Mann with whom he would have celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary on June 20, 2017. He was born in Bethesda, MD, son of Paul and Michele Boileau Mann, York. He was a mechanical engineer, having worked for TurboGen for over 15 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to Aruba and Hawaii, spending time with his four legged children: Barney, Cassidy, and Melody, and his family and friends. He was an enthusiastic Philadelphia Eagles season ticket holder and a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents, maternal grandmother: Gladys Boileau, York. Brother: Christiaan (Stefanie) Mann, Baltimore. Sister: Nicole (Gareth) Watt, Ireland. 13 nieces and nephews, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc. 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Saturday, February 25, 2017. The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M. with his brother, Pastor Christiaan Mann officiating. Full Military Honors will follow.
