Cheryl A. Smythe, 59, of Lancaster, passed away on Christmas, December 25, 2018 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the cherished wife of Russell L. Smythe to whom she was married for 32 years. She was born in Columbia, daughter of Stanley Keebler, Strasburg and Barbara Campbell, Great Falls, MT. She provided loving, in-home daycare for local children for over 20 years. She always enjoyed sharing her many crafts with others, which included: rubber-stamping, needlepoint, knitting, crocheting, and making jewelry. Although she suffered with kidney disease, it did not define her. She always had a positive attitude and faced her challenge with an infectious smile. She gave inspiration and faith to others and fought to the very end. Cheryl will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents, one daughter: Christina A. (Joe) Kihm, Harrisburg. One brother: Fred Keebler. One sister: Melissa Keebler. She was preceded in death by one brother: Stanley Keebler, Jr. and one sister: Teena Thompson.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Wednesday, January 2, 1019 at 7:30 P.M. Visitation from 6:00 P.M. till 7:30 P.M.
