Phyllis "Beck" Miller, 81, of Mountville, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. She was the wife of the late Ronald L. Miller, who passed away on January 20, 2018. Phyllis was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late Paul and Vinette DeHaven Beck. She was a cosmetologist for twenty years, owning and operating Plain and Fancy Salon in Lancaster and Rohrerstown and worked for 18 years at Fulton Bank, Mountville before retiring in 2004. Phyllis was a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, was a graduate of Manheim Township High School, Class of 1960, played team tennis and was a member of Racquet Club West for 35 years.

She is survived by one son: Brian S. (Lorna L.) Miller, San Diego. Two grandsons: John P. Miller and Joseph P. (fiancée: Kat Tsai) Miller, all of San Diego. She was preceded in death by one sister: Joyce Evans.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Final Commendation and Farewell in Conestoga Memorial Park. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Please omit flowers.
