Debra K. Kneisley, 60, of Lancaster, passed away at home, on Sunday, November 5, 2023, peacefully in her sleep, after an 8 year battle with Alzheimer's. She was the wife of Raymond G. Kneisley, III, to whom she was married for 38 years on October 19, 2023. She was born in Bloomsburg, daughter of the late Glenn and Elsie J. Hess Raup. Deb was a school teacher in the Hempfield School District at Rohrerstown Elementary School for 31 years. She was a very active member of Reformation Lutheran Church, the Children's Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Deb loved traveling, her children, grandchildren and her friends. She was genuine, kind and always had a joyful smile.

Surviving in addition to her husband, one son: Shawn A. Kneisley, Lancaster. Two daughters: Brynne E. (Aaron C.) Young, East Petersburg and Melissa R. (Alex P.) Tarnow, Austin, TX. Five grandchildren: Emma, Zoey and Addie Young; and Evie and Micah Tarnow. She was preceded in death by one brother: Dennis Raup

The Memorial Service will be held at Faith Bible Fellowship Church, 151 Donerville Road, Lancaster on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Mark Chavez, officiating. Private Interment will be in Mountville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. Please omit flowers.
