Gloria P. Falstick, 86, of Lancaster, formerly of Johnstown, passed away on Tuesday, September, 19, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born in Johnstown, daughter of the late William and Thelma Horn Falstick. Gloria worked as a packer for Glosser Brothers for more than 30 years before her retirement. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Johnstown and was a graduate of Johnstown High School, Class of 1954. Gloria loved animals and was a member of the ASPCA. She enjoyed hockey, especially the Pittsburgh Penguins, and crossword and word search puzzles. Gloria donated to many charities.
Surviving is one niece: Tracey (Dean) Esbenshade, Columbia. One nephew: Scott Falstick, Lancaster. Four great nephews: Jared (Leighann) Esbenshade, Lancaster; Kyle Esbenshade, companion Katy, Mount Joy; Justin (Ashley) Falstick, Lancaster and Nick (Samantha) Falstick, Newmanstown. Several great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother: Duane Falstick (Angela), Lancaster.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Interment in Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
