Nicole P. “Nickie” Huggins, 41, of Mount Joy, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at home. She was born in York, daughter of Richard W. Huggins, Freeland, MD and Deborah A. Vestri Long, Mount Joy. She was a caregiver and a graduate of Empire Beauty School. She loved fishing and her kids.

Surviving in addition to her parents, two daughters: Jocelyn Marie Goodnight and Haley Jean Vestri, both of Austin, TX. One son: Dominic Skaggis. One granddaughter: Ivie Rein Goodnight. One brother: Richard Leroy Huggins and one sister: Catherine E. (Ryan) Davis, all of Freeland, MD. She was preceded in death by one brother: David S. Long.
