Ronald L. Bearley, 90, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. He was the husband of M. Dolores Smith Bearley, to whom he was married for 51 years on June 16, 2024. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late George C. and Betty Burkhart Bearley. He worked as a printer/linotype setter for Fulton Press for 23 years before he retired in August of 1999. He was a veteran of the US Army, a member of Grace Baptist Church and enjoyed bowling, fishing, volunteering at Arch Street Ministries and will be lovingly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by one sister: Linda Wilkinson and two nephews.
