Dennis J. Mahan, 63, of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at home. He was the husband of the late Lizabeth A. Mahan. Denny was born in Columbia, son of the late John E. Mahan, Sr. and Ruth A. Swarr Mahan, Columbia. He worked as a laborer for Anvil International before his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his brothers: John E., Jr., Allen and Scott Mahan.

The Funeral Service for Denny and his mother, Ruth, will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Tom Grubbs, officiating. Visitation/Viewing will be from10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Interment in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
