Kerry Scott Eckman, 68, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. He was the husband of Lukai Burke Eckman, with whom he would have celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary in May, having been together for 33 years. Kerry was born in Lancaster, son of the late John C. and Gladys Rathkey Eckman. He was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey. He worked in Research and Development for Armstrong World Industries for 49 years before his retirement. He loved 60’s music, the Phillies, Dallas Cowboys, and the Flyers.

Surviving in addition to his wife, One son: Michael S. Eckman. One daughter: Ashley A. (Cory J.) Hess. Sisters: Candace (John) Stoudt and Karen (Mark) Katalinas. A brother: John (Cyndi) Eckman; as well as many nieces and nephews.

The Memorial Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville, on SATURDAY, APRIL 6, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dr. Christopher M. Rankin, officiating.
