Doris K. Briggs, 99, of Mountville, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024. She was the wife of the late James Russell Briggs, who passed away in 2004. She was born in York, daughter of the late Lloyd William and Beatrice Senft Kauffman. She was the owner of Universal Business Services, Lancaster and retired from United Disability Services at the age of 92.

She is survived by two daughters: Clare B. Stervack (William Klinger), Mount Joy and Helen B. Gehr, Mountville. Two grandchildren: Barbara Pallan and Tyler Gehr. Six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandson: Peter Briggs, and one sister: Kathryn Stinson.

A Private Service will be held for the family with interment in Lancaster Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
