Vera S. Keagy, 94, of Manor Township, passed away on Friday June 7, 2024 at Susquehanna Rehabilitation Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Keagy, who passed away on July 30, 2017. She was born in Manor Township, daughter of the late Irwin G. and Susan H. Sensenig Habecker. Vera owned and operated their farm and family business, Keagy Produce, with her husband. She was a member of Habecker Mennonite Church and enjoyed cooking, especially making fastnachts. She dearly loved her family and lived to care for her children and family.

She is survived by her four children: Son: Kenneth R. (Vicki L.) Keagy and their three children: Jennifer (lifetime partner of Andrew), Christopher (Mary) and Dylan (partner of Kim). Son: N. Ray Keagy. Daughter: Shirley M. (Michael W.) Williams. Daughter: Kathy M. (Gregory T.) Markward and their two children: Jessica and Alyssa. Two great-grandchildren: Brody and Salem. Three brothers: Chris (Janet) Habecker; Harry Habecker and Mahlon (Sharon) Habecker. She was preceded in death by one son: Mervin R. Keagy and one brother: Roy Habecker.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Mountville on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastors Chris and Dawn Landes, officiating. Interment in Habecker Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: Hospice and Community Care.
