J. Robert Millhouse

J. Robert Millhouse, 82, of Lancaster passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. He was the husband of Barbara L. Rohrer Millhouse with whom he would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on March 16, 2017. He was born in Upper Leacock Township, son of the late Edward Millhouse and Anna R. Bouder Millhouse Gerlach. He worked for Kellogg's for 20 years and Charles Chips for 23 years before his retirement. Following his retirement he worked at the Manheim Auto Auction for 10 years. He attended Mountville Church of the Brethren and enjoyed going to the Philadelphia Phillies games, comedy shows, and concerts with his son. He also enjoyed horse racing, going to the casinos, the outdoors, yard work, traveling, his Bassett Hound, "Chloe", and his Pug, "Gretchen". 

Surviving in addition to his wife, three sons: Barry, Doug, and Bruce Millhouse. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Three brothers: Edward, Kenneth, and Larry Millhouse. He was preceded in death by one son: J. Robert Millhouse, Jr. who passed away in 2005. 

A Private Service will be held for the family with interment in Mountville Church of the Brethren Memorial Garden. Please omit flowers. David S. Long

David S. Long, 44, of Mountville, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was born in Charleston, SC, son of the late David Long and Deborah A. Vestri Long, Mountville. David worked in construction.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his grandfather, uncle, aunt and other relatives and friends.

Doris M. Reisinger

Doris M. Reisinger, 87, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born in York, daughter of the late Edward and Anita Weaver Hilliar. Doris was a cook at Hinkle's Pharmacy for many years.

She is survived by four sons: Dennis a. Reisinger; Donald R. (Susan) Reisinger; David E. (Deborah) Reisinger; and Robert E. Sopko. Five grandchildren. Two great-grandchildren. One brother: Raymond Hilliar. Doris was preceded in death by one brother: Robert Hilliar.
